In just under 7 years, Jay Williams has transformed his startup company, the Stoneridge Group, from a one man outfit run out of his loft apartment, into a company with 6 full time employees and a client roster that includes virtually all of Georgia's premiere officeholders and candidates.
Recently named one of Campaigns & Elections magazine's "Rising Stars," Williams has been awarded the prestigious Pollie award numerous times, receiving 3 recently for his work on Casey Cagle’s successful 2006 campaign for Lt. Governor.
Jay grew up on the mean streets of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. When not thinking up ways to help his clients with their races, Jay enjoys playing hockey, following the Seattle Seahawks, and catching up on Tivo’ed “Dr. Phil” episodes. When not sleeping in the office, Jay makes his home in Cumming, GA.

Trip Radtke joined the Stoneridge Group after 5 years on Capitol Hill, having served on the legislative staff of Representative Paul Ryan (R-WI), and as Legislative Director for Representative Lee Terry (R-NE) and Representative Mike Pence (R-IN). He also had a brief stint in former Wisconsin Governor Scott McCallum’s Washington office. Trip also spent time at Century Strategies in Atlanta. After a year in Atlanta, he made the move to Washington, D.C.
Trip brings to Stoneridge a background in legislative policy, speechwriting, and opposition research. He’s served on and volunteered for many campaigns, and has written for candidates in South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Alabama, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
Trip spends his down time reading McSweeney's, watching baseball, and wondering when the guy next door is finally going to cut his grass. Trip and his longsuffering wife, Kristin, live on a 150 acre Alpaca ranch in Suwanee, GA.

After campaigning for over a decade, Michael Clingaman joined the Stoneridge team bringing a vast knowledge of campaign management and his own take on political messaging. His career stops along the way have taken him to the National Republican Congressional Committee where he recrutied candidates and served as a Field Representative and to the Republican Party of Kentucky where he spent an election cycle as the Executive Director. He has managed a Gubernatorial campaign and successfully managed one of the Top 5 congressional races to victory in 2002. He has even logged time at one of the top polling firms in Washington DC.
Joining Stoneridge in 2007, Michael has opened new doors and brought his own strategic perspective based from years on the campaign trail. 'Winning no matter what' is his top priority and another reason he has complimented the Stoneridge Group Team.
Michael lives in his hometown of Louisville, KY alongside his wife Beth and their two growing kids Madeline and Charlie.

Sondra Hardy serves as the Stoneridge Group's Director of Finance and Administration, which involves managing Stoneridge's financial accounts and making sure that all the trains run on time. Sondra holds a bachelors degree in mathematics and came to The Stoneridge Group with over ten years of experience in office administration. And Sondra holds a 5th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, which serves her well when confronting late-paying clients.
When she's not at her desk obsessing over QuickBooks or building LEGO castles, Sondra enjoys spending time on Lake Lanier with her husband and her daughter. Sondra and her family reside in Cumming, GA.

Michael Eriquez joined Stoneridge in early 2004 after a number of years as a design specialist. Michael has created original designs for an eclectic group
of clients ranging from the medical industry to rock and roll bands.
Michael runs Stoneridge’s print design shop, and is the genius behind the firm’s high profile direct mail, logos, brochures, ads and web graphics.
Michael spent a great deal of the 2006 cycle helping develop hard-hitting and outside-the-box direct mail designs for Congressman Lynn Westmoreland, Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle, and many of Stoneridge’s successful state legislative candidates. Michael is also lead designer for Stoneridge’s annual publication, Election.
Michael spends his free time designing and scripting motivational posters and working as a freelance blogger for Cat Fancy magazine. Michael and his wife, Michelle, live in Marietta, Georgia, with their 3 Selkirk Rex cats.

Julia Struve graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a BFA in Graphic Design. She has received numerous awards for graphic design work for her real
estate industry clients.
Julia joined the Stoneridge Group in 2006 and immediately assumed a leadership role in designing direct mail and collateral materials for Stoneridge’s congressional and state legislative clients.
When Julia isn’t griping about the thermostat (“you guys keep it too dang cold in here”), she can be found chronicling plot holes in Nancy Drew detective novels. Julia and her husband, David, and their killer Toy Rat Terriers, Olive & Coco, live in a lean-to in Suwanee, GA.

Edgard Negron heads up Stoneridge’s rapidly expanding web design/eCampaign division. Edgard brings to Stoneridge nearly a decade of experience in corporate web-based marketing.
Edgard is coming off two tremendously successful ventures. As Marketing Manager at Americas Generators, Edgard directly increased their online sales through the use of online search marketing and traditional marketing efforts. As Marketing Manager for Royal Caribbean, Edgard successfully managed a multi-million dollar project involving several departments, hundreds of employees and all the ships in the fleet.
Edgard, his wife Magaly, and their daughter Arianna live aboard a hot air balloon currently anchored above Lawrenceville, Georgia. Long a fan of singer-songwriter duos, Edgard spends his free time hitting Hall & Oats tour stops up and down the Coast.

David Eriquez is a Senior Designer, and our resident smart aleck . David graduated Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a BA in Graphic Communications, and has also recently earned his Subway Sandwich Artist certification.
David joined the Stoneridge Group in 2004, and has since developed over 40 websites and eCampaigns, including sites for the Illinois Republican Party, Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle, Congressman Tom Price, and Congressman Max Burns.
When David is not at his desk perfecting another winning eCampaign, chances are he's playing a face melting solo on Guitar Hero II. David lives in a youth hostel in Alpharetta, GA.
